About
The 125 Project is an idea that a high school teacher (M.Gessford) finally decided to entertain and attempt to bring to life. The goal is to start a high school computer graphics and animation club that utlilzes Free/Open Source Software (FOSS); teach students the basics of the Blender, Gimp, and Inkscape; and move forward from there. This site will (hopefully) document the progress that is made in this endeavor; provide links and tutorials; as well as provide interesting links to other projects that are currently in the works.
As for M.Gessford, he is a high school teacher who has spent the last 6+ years teaching either math, science, special education, or in the various college courses (many times some combination of each). He is currently working on a degree in educational leadership. He is married to his beautiful wife, has two children (of course the best and most important group on the list). And in order to make life a little more interesting he decided to start The 125 Project in addition to the other parts of his life.
Sure you start the club after i leave but i guess thats life
You know i had picked up blender and played around with it during the school year but because of school projects soon forgot about it
now though with the monotony of football twoadays and hours of freetime that i cant spend anymore time studying the playbook i started messing around with blender again and was looking for some help in some areas.. those tutorials you showed me originally were good at the beginning but the authors switched i guess so it became extremely confusing
if you knew of any other sites or if you would help me id really appreciate it
